Dr. Victoria Laor - Bronx Oral Surgeon

Dr. Victoria Laor studied at the University of Illinois, completing a bachelor’s degree in Biologic Sciences in 1997 and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2000. Dr. Laor then started her training to become an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with an Internship at the Loyola University Medical Center followed by a four year residency at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Laor has extensive training is dentoalveolar surgery and anesthesia, implantalogy and bone grafting, treatment of maxillofacial pathology, orthognathic surgery and facial trauma reconstruction.
Dr. Laor is actively involved in the Bronx Medical and Dental community. She is on staff at Montefiore Medical Center, where she helps train Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residents. Dr. Laor participates in coverage of Montefiore Hospital Emergency Department for management of facial trauma and severe facial infections.
Dr. Laor is a member of the Bronx County Dental Society, New York State Dental Association, New York State Oral Surgery Association, American Dental Association, and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Laor is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
